The heavily Latino district’s voting system made it hard for Latinos to win school board seats. A judge ruled it violated the state Voting Rights Act. Other cities are taking note.

CIVIC PARTICIPATION

So I, like about 15% of New Yorkers, went to the polls today to vote in the Democratic Primary for a number of city wide as well as borough-specific elections.

MOUNTAINEERS LOST THIS WEEKEND TO THE AUBURN TIGERS 41-30. IM SO HAPPY THAT THEY LOST BECAUSE I DONT LIKE THEM.

Tennessee Volunteers

The Tennessee Volunteers have won their first game in the football season last friday. They beat Western Kentucky 63-7.

What I Want To Learn In Globoria

I want to make a game that describes the times of segregation. I am excited about Globoria because i get to make games and get to learn how to make games. I am not really scared about it because i know i will have a great time in Globoria.

OBAMAS ADRESS TO STUDENTS
